Shipping Policy

-Shipping is offered to following countries: Europe, United Kingdom,  United States, Canada , Caribbean, China, Australia, New Zealand, India and Africa.
-Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, after noon (EST) on Friday, or on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
-Please allow 7-14 days for production for Custom Orders. Confirmation email with production details will be sent when order is placed.
-Orders will arrive within 4 business days in Slovakia and  within 9 days within Europe & North America. Shipping to China and India will take up to 15 days and to the Caribbean up to 10-15 days. All other countries (Austria, New Zeland, Africa...etc) shipping will take up to 33 days. Express shipping is available, for fees please contact us.
- Sale  designs are available as is and will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
-When your order leaves our showroom you will be sent a confirmation email providing you with the tracking number.
-Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the shipping company web site.
-We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service (due to customs).

Return & Exchange Policy

-Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of successful deliver date and must be confirmed via email.
-Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and must have all tags, attached.
-Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
-All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.

-Merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days of successful deliver date and must be confirmed via email.
-Custom orders can only be exchanged for ready designs. Available designs will be confirmed via email.
-Customers are responsible for all shipping/ tax fees (including COD).

 

Taxes & Duties

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
