Can I buy a bikini top and bottom separately, even though they are pictured together?"

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, all bikini tops and bottoms are shot and displayed together on the body; however all are sold as individual pieces so you can mix and match styles and sizes until you find the perfect swimsuit.

I have seen an item on the website and now it no longer appears. Do items come back in stock?

Accepted Answer

Yes, some styles will be back in stock. Please check back on the site later or contact us via our contact page or at lubicasales@gmail.com for more info.

How do I take care of my swimsuit?

Accepted Answer

Please rinse your swimsuit in luke warm soap water after each use and lay flat to dry. Do not bleach or iron.

I haven't received my order.  Who should I contact?

International Orders:
To check on delivery information or if you haven't received your order please refer to the shipment confirmation email that was sent to you by us and click on the " Track Shipment" link. You will be able to view all shipping information on this page. If your shipment has been delayed please contact the postal office in your country directly or create a complaint online on the post office web site. 
We are unable to contact international post offices and will not be able to give you further assistance or information about your shipment. 
If the post office in your country is unable to help you please contact us and we will be happy to create a complaint on your behalf in Canada.

If your shipment is delayed by the post office you will be able to receive your refund once complaint has been made to the post office and the package is returned to us.
