International Orders:
To check on delivery information or if you haven't received your order please refer to the shipment confirmation email that was sent to you by us and click on the " Track Shipment" link. You will be able to view all shipping information on this page. If your shipment has been delayed please contact the postal office in your country directly or create a complaint online on the post office web site.
We are unable to contact international post offices and will not be able to give you further assistance or information about your shipment.
If the post office in your country is unable to help you please contact us and we will be happy to create a complaint on your behalf in Canada.
Domestic Orders (within Canada).

You will be able to view all shipping information on this page. If your shipment has been delayed please contact Canada Post directly. They will be able to give you the best information regarding any problems with the delivery of your shipment.
If your shipment is delayed by the post office you will be able to receive your refund once complaint has been made to the post office and the package is returned to us.
