CLASSIC LASHES
Classic lashes are natural looking lashes. They enhance what you already have and give you that fabulous mascara look. This is a 1-to-1 eyelash extension method, meaning that one eyelash is applied to one natural lash. The lash stylist will help you choose the best length and style for your eye shape.
HYBRID LASHES
A simple upgrade to classic lashes. Hybrids are a combination of classic lashes and fans. This set is perfect for anyone who likes a darker lash line or someone who doesn't have many natural lashes. Hybrids can still look very natural or fluffy. You decide. Want that fabulous wispy look? No problem , we got you! The lash stylist will help you choose the perfect length and style for you.
VOLUME LASHES
Fluffy and fabulous! (But don't worry you wont look like you have caterpillars stuck to your eyes!) This style means we will apply all fans to every natural lash. You can go as full and wispy as you like. This set is perfect for someone who likes a dark lash line and little more drama. The lash stylist will help to choose the perfect length and style for you.
LASH LIFT & TINT
A lash lift and tint enhances the natural beauty of eyelashes. These procedures don't fill out or lengthen your lashes, they work with the lashes you've got. During a lash lift, the lashes are carefully lifted and curled using a silicone rod and a specially formulated lifting solution. This process gives the lashes a semi-permanent upward curl. This treatment is ideal for individuals with healthy and strong natural lashes.

RELASH
We will remove and replace grown out extensions and make your lashes look fabulous again. Book your relash appointment within 3 weeks of your full set. After 3 weeks it will be considered full set. This is a 1hr appointment.
MINI FILL
A quick refresh between fills for clients who are within 2 weeks of their last appointment and still have at least 65% of their lashes intact. If you need more than just a light touch-up, please book a regular relash appointment .
HALF SET
A Classic Half Set is perfect for a soft, natural look. It includes approximately half the number of extensions of a Classic Full Set, adding subtle length and definition while keeping your lashes light and natural. Ideal for anyone who prefers a minimal enhancement.
BROW WAX & TINT
Shaping eyebrows involves waxing and tweezing. Eyebrow tinting enhances the color and definition of the brows using high-quality hybrid dyes. Our vegetable-based dyes are gentle on the skin and hair while providing rich, natural-looking results. The tint can last up to 7 days on the skin and up to 6 weeks on the brow hairs, This treatment is ideal for those seeking a low-maintenance, polished look.
LAMINATION
Eyebrow lamination involves chemically straightening and lifting the eyebrow hairs to create a fuller, more defined shape. The results typically last 4-6 weeks, providing a low-maintenance solution for well-defined, fuller eyebrows.
Lash Appointment Prep 1. Stop using waterproof mascara 2–3 days before your appointment. * Waterproof mascara leaves residue on your natural lashes, even after cleansing. This can prevent the lash adhesive from bonding properly and may cause premature lash loss. 2. Avoid strip lashes. * Strip lash glue can pull out your natural lashes or leave behind residue that is difficult to remove. 3. Take hair growth vitamins (optional). * If you have naturally short lashes, hair growth vitamins may help support healthy lash growth. * You can also use a lash serum or castor oil nightly. Stop using castor oil 2 days before your appointment. 4. Arrive with a clean face and clean lashes. * Please do not wear eye makeup to your appointment. Your lash stylist will cleanse and prep your lashes but will not remove makeup. If you arrive wearing makeup, you will be asked to wash your face (face wash will be provided). Arriving with clean lashes saves time, allowing for more lash application. Less cleaning. More time. More lashes 5. Remove your contact lenses. * Bring your contact lens case and solutionYou will need to remove your contacts before your service. This is a safety precaution and helps keep your eyes healthy and comfortable. 6. Avoid caffeine. * Caffeine and energy drinks can make it harder to stay relaxed and still during your appointment. *Bring your earphones and listen to your favourite music or podcast to help you relax.
Lash Extensions Aftercare 1. Avoid water for the first 12 hours. * Avoid water, steam, and high humidity for the first 12 hours after your appointment. * This allows the adhesive to fully cure. 2. No rubbing or pulling. * Avoid rubbing or pulling on your lash extensions. * This helps prevent damage to both the extensions and your natural lashes. 3. No mascara or oil-based makeup. * Do not use mascara or oil-based eye makeup. * Oil-based products can weaken the adhesive bond and cause premature shedding. 4. Avoid heat exposure. * Avoid saunas, hot tubs, and excessive heat. * High temperatures can weaken the adhesive and reduce lash retention. 5. Cleanse your lashes daily. * Wash your lashes daily with a gentle, oil-free lash cleanser. * This removes oils and debris while keeping your lashes healthy. * Avoid oil-based skincare products around the eye area. 6. Brush your lashes daily. * Gently brush your lash extensions each day with a clean spoolie. * This helps maintain their shape and prevents tangling. 7. Be cautious with eye products. * Apply eye creams and serums carefully. * Avoid the lash line to prevent interference with the adhesive. 8. Sleep on your back. * Try to sleep on your back whenever possible. * Avoid pressing your face into your pillow to reduce friction and protect your lashes. 9. Schedule regular fills. * Book touch-up appointments every 2–3 weeks. * Regular fills keep your lash extensions looking full and beautiful.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens. However, due to the nature of our business, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the spot to another client.
For Clients Who Miss or Cancel Last Minute:
• If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 12 hours notice, a non-refundable $25 deposit will be required for any future bookings.
• The $25 Deposit will be applied to your next appointment. However, if you miss that appointment or cancel last minute again, the deposit will be forfeited.
